Working principle

• The YA5000 series motor soft starter adopts three pairs of reverse parallel quality tubes connected in series to the stator circuit of the AC motor. By using the electronic switch function of the quality tubes, the triggering angle of the tubes is controlled by a microprocessor to change the degree of opening of the tubes. Therefore, the input voltage of the AC motor is changed to achieve the purpose of controlling the soft start of the AC motor. When the soft starter output reaches the rated power, the three-phase bypass contactor KM is automatically controlled to close through the bypass controller signal, and the AC motor is put into operation in the grid, as shown in the following figure
